The software asks for a : The default Username is ‘Admin’ and default is ‘churchinfoadmin’ (without quotes).

does not work: This is a default error for any errors occurring at the login module. If you had installed it the first time, it usually occurs for the following rsons:

You may have installed another appliion previously that uses the same port as Church Info Desktop. Ports 80 and 3306 must be open for Church Info to start without errors. Port 80 is usually used by appliions that are web servers like IIS, Apache and port 3306 are usually used by MySQL servers. Hence, make sure these servers are either temporarily shutdown when Church Info is started.Make sure your anti-virus is not blocking the appliion. This usually happens because, Church Info Desktop has a built-in web-server that allows users to view the Church info web appliion as a desktop appliion. Since desktops usually don’t host servers, firewall’s usual behavior is to block appliions that open ports.Last but not the lst, most modern Operating Systems allow only Administrators or users with Administrator access to open default ports. Hence, it is worth trying to run as Administrator.
